Initiate Request

Quality Inspection
Once your request is submitted, our team will review the details to ensure the fabric has not been washed, stitched, or altered in any way.
Reverse Pickup
After approval, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your registered address; simply pack the item securely in its original packaging.
Refund Processing
Upon receiving and verifying the returned fabric at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
